My anatomical experience

Nothing new on the home front. I rented The Queen in preparation of my England trip (plus I had been meaning to see it). Bodyworlds opens at OMSI tomorrow and I got to preview it as an employee. All I have to say is wow. I really liked how they tied in philosophical ways of looking at death. It really grounded the whole experience. Go see it if you have the cash, but only go if I'm not working. (Can you tell I'm excited for the big crowds?)

Don't tango with backhoes

I drove to Mary's after work today to pick her up for some baseball throwing. I don't know how many of you have been around PSU lately (or downtown for that matter) but everything is ripped to shreads in road/MAX construction. So, I was peacefully sitting at a red light, blaring the radio, when the ground shook and this thing in the picture slammed into the road beside me. It was a little frightening.
You know what else is scary? We have over a thousand views. Thanks everyone!
